Bartenderz is a West Australian owned bar and event company, specialising in creating and managing all aspects of your desired event.

Bartenderz strives towards delivering events for discerning individuals and corporate companies who demand quality, expect sophisticated service and prefer a personalised and tailored event experience for their guests. It’s our commitment to quality, attention to detail, reliability, efficiency and professional attitude that separates us from other event professionals.

Bartenderz provides event services nationally, managing both public events and private parties with large guest lists, but also take pride in creating smaller, understated events with an intimate service focus.

Founded in 2006 by Rhett Pace, Bartenderz has evolved from humble beginnings into the well respected and constantly growing business it is today. After finishing school and studying hospitality Rhett then embarked on an extensive working holiday abroad, which saw him work in Europe, Canada and the US. A whole new world of extraordinary cocktails was opened to him and a passion was born. He learnt and experienced innovative new recipes in tiny elusive New York bars one week then flamboyant flashy events in Edinburgh the next. Throw in time running restaurants in Canada and mixing it up flair bartending with the best of them in the Canary Islands and Ibiza his wealth of knowledge continued to grow. With the knowledge further instilled in him he then moved onto a grander scale where he began creating and managing functions and events.

5 years later Rhett returned back home to Perth, filled with enthusiasm and ideas. He got back in touch with Perths booming bar scene and discovered that while the scene had picked up and was definitely growing, there was a significant spark missing in the bar and entertainment scene. He wanted to somehow create a 'wow factor' atmosphere while offering a professional service. As far as he was concerned bars were the heart of any event but to make the event truly successful you need more than just the heart. Every aspect from drinks, music, entertainment, equipment, food, styling and theming needed to be done and it needed to be done well. Embracing his experience and passion he decided to bring all of these aspects together and take the entire package to local homes, offices and businesses. He started designing mobile yet practical and chic bars, gathered Perths hottest and most talented staff and put his name out there as the go to guy for all your event and function needs.
