Bartenderz understands every event is unique.

Do you have public indemnity insurance?

Yes, Bartenderz has a comprehensive public indemnity insurance policy.

How much notice do you require to manage an event?

To provide you with the most impressive event we generally require at least 1 week notice to facilitate and engage your service and staffing requirements dependent on the size and scale of your proposed event.

We are often engaged to deliver events at late notice and can generally provide our services for your event, dependent on our existing event calendar commitments.

Does Bartenderz specialise in providing particular events?

At bartenderz, we pride ourselves on our attention to detail, reliability and professionalism.

We specialise in providing both intimate and large scale events which include; corporate functions, brand launches, product and service launches, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and private elite parties.

Key event periods such as; New Years Eve, Christmas and all public holiday events require substantial booking notice, may incur a surcharge and are subject to service availability. Advance bookings are required.

Do you offer event management services for weddings?

Yes, Bartenderz does provide event management for weddings.

We can work with your event caterer to provide bar and cocktail requirements or provide both bar and catering services to deliver the event from concept to delivery.

Yes, Bartenderz can provide event services outside of the metropolitan area. Transport costs will be determined by the exact location and individual event requirements and provided within your estimate.

Unfortunately no, Bartenderz only use our own trained staff to ensure you receive the most efficient, engaging and professional service.

How many staff will I need at my event?

Staff numbers are determined by your overall event requirements such as; the volume of guests attending, the level of service you seek, whether you require cocktail service and the size of the venue.

Our event manager will qualify this with you once your enquiry has been received.

How can I get a job with Bartenderz? What jobs do you have on offer?

Bartenderz are always looking for talented beverage, service staff, cocktail makers and flarers. We employ on attitude, personality and skills. We provide all of our staff with further training opportunities in-house.

Bartenderz staff need to be 18 years or older, flexible, reliable, able to work on a casual roster and have a reliable vehicle.

What sort of costs can I expect to pay for your services?

What sort of costs can I expect to pay for your services?
As bartenderz tailors its events according to your specific requirements, costs are determined by the following; volume of guests, staffing levels required, beverage volume and type, location (if outside of the metropolitan area) and whether catering and entertainment is also required.

We also offer platinum, gold and silver event packages for every type of budget.

What happens if I choose to extend the hours of my event and keep the bar open outside of what was initially agreed?

Sometimes your guests will be having such a good time you may choose to keep the bar open longer. Subject to licensing requirements, we will, where possible keep the drinks flowing until an agreed time. Our event manager will liaise with you at the time to discuss your exact requirements and advise you of any additional costs.

How do I pay for my event?

On acceptance of our event estimate we require a 50 per cent deposit paid by electronic fund transfer or cheque to plan and purchase goods and services for your event.

The balance of payment is payable one week prior to the event. If additional costs are incurred during the event, an invoice will be sent for payment within seven days.

What size are your bars?

Our mobile, illuminated bars range in size from two to three metres wide? We also offer standard bars

Why are your bars better than other event suppliers?

Bartenderz have invested in purchasing high-tech illuminated mobile bars that create a sophisticated and dynamic atmosphere for evening events and are both functional and mobile; which means we can start a party almost anywhere!

Do you supply glassware? If so, what type?

We supply quality glassware for all of our events including; champagne flutes, martini, rock, sling, highball, shooters and cocktail glasses.
